American Legion Post 184

 Adjutant Alert

Thanks to all Post 184 members that have renewed their membership for 2024.  Your dues help ensure that The American Legion remains the largest and most respected veterans organization in America, and the most powerful voice on behalf of veterans and their families.  As a reminder you can also renew on line at:  http://www.legion.org/renew

Respectfully, Post 184 Adjutant, Charles Black, 912-655-9924

 Senior Vice Commander

As Senior Vice Commander, membership is one of my primary responsibilities.  Membership is the life blood of any organization and we must not only maintain our current members, but recruit new members.  American Legion membership applications are small enough to be carried in your wallet.  Each member should have one or two applications on them, so, if the opportunity presents itself, you can give an application to an interested Veteran.

If you haven’t been to the Post lately, please stop by.  We are trying to have something for everyone.  If there is something you would like the Post to do, please let us know.  We need to make Post 184 more attractive to our younger members.  Remember, the younger members are the future leaders of the Post.

The post needs a little of your time.  As with any other service organization, we survive on our Volunteers.  Members volunteering their time and talents keeps our door open.  Bingo, Fish Fry, Turkey Shoot, Color Guard, etc. are staffed by volunteers.  Please help us keep these projects going.  Give us a few hours of your time.  Sr. Vice John Harris 912-438-0178
